When we first receive a copy of your CV we will call you for an initial chat. As personality fit is so important in any legal team we will usually also arrange a face to face meeting with you before we submit your details for any relevant roles. Carter Clarke understands that it can be difficult to leave an office environment for meetings with a consultant. As a result, we are always happy to arrange meetings to suit you even if that is after hours or at the weekend. Additionally understand that it may be difficult to make or receive personal calls and so we will ensure that we text before we call.

Carter Clarke prides itself on the strength of its relationships on both the candidate and client side. We will provide you with as much information as possible to assess your suitability for any positions and to prepare you for any interviews and assessments you attend. However we also recognise that you are likely to be searching for a position whilst employed and we will not waste your time bombarding you with irrelevant calls and job specifications.
